Your happiness is our priority at Unisnap AI. If you find yourself dissatisfied with the photos produced through Unisnap AI, we are committed to offering a full refund. Alternatively, in certain situations, we may propose reworking your photos to better align with your expectations.

Conditions for Refund

Downloaded Images: Once you've downloaded the AI-generated headshots using Unisnap AI, they are considered accepted by you. Consequently, your order will no longer be eligible for a refund. You have the opportunity to preview all AI-generated pictures before downloading.

Time Constraints: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to be processed.

Input Image Quality: Should a manual review reveal that your input images fall short of the criteria for successful AI-generated pictures, we are not obligated to issue a refund. However, we may offer to reprocess the AI photos while providing clarification on the image requirements.

Satisfaction Rate: Appreciating some but not all of the AI-generated photos does not make you eligible for a refund. As is typical with AI-generated images, some may meet your expectations, while others may not. Dissatisfaction with certain images does not qualify your order for a refund.

Refund Processing Timeframe

We aim to review and respond to refund requests within 1-3 business days, adhering to this policy. If your refund is approved, expect the funds to be returned to your card within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during purchase; we are unable to refund to a different account.
